SERVICES

Earn BCBA Supervision Hours Working With Animal Behavior

01

Remote BCBA Fieldwork Supervision

Remote BCBA supervision for graduate students pursuing certification in behavior analysis. Trainees earn supervision hours while learning to apply Applied Behavior Analysis to dog behavior cases. Supervision focuses on reinforcement-based behavior change, behavior assessment, and coaching dog owners to implement effective interventions.

02

Real Dog Behavior Case Experience

Trainees work with dog owners seeking help with common dog behavior challenges such as barking, jumping, leash pulling, and house training issues. BCBA trainees analyze behavior, identify environmental variables influencing behavior, and develop reinforcement-based strategies to help owners improve their dogs’ behavior.

03

Behavior Assessment and Intervention Design

Learn how to conduct behavior assessments and design evidence-based behavior interventions for dog behavior challenges. Trainees practice identifying antecedents, consequences, and reinforcement contingencies that influence dog behavior.

04

Behavior Skills Training for Dog Owners

Trainees learn how to coach dog owners using Behavior Skills Training, a core procedure in Applied Behavior Analysis. Supervision focuses on instruction, modeling, rehearsal, and feedback to help dog owners successfully implement behavior strategies.

05

Animal Behavior Specialization

This program is designed for BCBA trainees who want to specialize in animal behavior, dog training, or applied animal behavior. Participants gain experience applying the science of behavior to real dog behavior cases.

ABOUT

Remote BCBA Supervision for Future Animal Behavior Analysts

Pawsitive Reinforcement provides remote BCBA supervision for graduate students pursuing certification in Applied Behavior Analysis who want experience working with animal behavior.

While most BCBA supervision programs focus on working with children in clinical settings, this program focuses on applying the science of behavior to dogs and animal behavior.

Trainees earn BCBA supervision hours while working with real dog behavior cases. Volunteer dog owners participate in the program to receive guidance for common dog behavior challenges such as barking, leash pulling, jumping, and house training issues.

Participants learn how to analyze behavior, identify environmental variables influencing behavior, and design reinforcement-based strategies that dog owners can implement with their dogs.

For trainees who love animals and want to pursue careers in animal behavior, dog training, or applied animal behavior, this program provides real-world experience applying behavior analysis across species.

APPROACH

Applying Behavior Analysis to Animal Behavior

This supervision program is grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and focuses on reinforcement-based training methods for dogs.

Trainees learn how to analyze behavior using observable environmental variables and design effective behavior interventions based on reinforcement and stimulus control.

Rather than relying on punishment-based dog training methods, the program focuses on arranging the environment and reinforcing desirable behavior so dogs can succeed.
